Solo practitioner: RUTH M. LIEBESMAN, ATTORNEY-AT-LAW, New York, New Jersey & Massachusetts. Conduct trials and appeals of federal criminal cases, including four and a half month racketeering trial of U.S. v. Melendez; conducted medical and psychological competency hearings in U.S. v. Gambino. Defended various Federal Racketeering, Murder, Drugs and Gun Running cases in District Courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as drug, robbery and murder trials in the state courts of New York and New Jersey. Conducted numerous federal appeals and habeas corpus proceedings before the United States Court of Appeals for the First, Second, Third and Ninth Circuits.
